  • Services or products marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.

  • You cancel a service that is partially completed. We will deduct the cost of hours already spent based on agreed hourly/project rates.

  • Gift Cards or promotional vouchers
  • Free consultation or advisory sessions
  • Services delivered entirely over phone, chat, or remote assistance
