Returns & Refunds

At Vulture Concepts, we strive to deliver high-quality web design, development, and digital solutions. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

Our refund policy is valid for 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return/refund, your request must meet the following criteria:

The product/service must show clear defects, errors, or functional issues.
You must provide valid proof (such as screenshots, video captures, or written documentation).
The issue must be related to the intended use-case of the product/service, especially in the context of web, software, or digital platforms where it’s applicable.

Non-Refundable Items/Services

Certain types of purchases are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Free tools, templates, or digital resources downloaded from our website.
Services or products marked as “Non-Refundable” at the time of purchase.
Beta products or discounted trial versions.
Customized solutions delivered based on client specifications.
Issues arising from incompatibility with your hardware, operating system, or third-party software conflicts.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

You may be eligible for a partial refund under these circumstances:

You cancel a service that is partially completed. We will deduct the cost of hours already spent based on agreed hourly/project rates.
You purchased a digital product (e.g., plugin, extension, code) that fails to perform its primary function, and you’ve reported the issue with sufficient technical proof within 7 days.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

Gift Cards or promotional vouchers
Free consultation or advisory sessions
Services delivered entirely over phone, chat, or remote assistance

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please email us at [your support email] with:

Your order or invoice number
Date of purchase
Description of the issue with proof (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after an internal review.
